Continuous Stream Feeder

The best of both worlds, we have developed a continous feeder to work with the General Cylinder Press. If you think the Generals are fast now . . . this system will increase your screen printing output immediately. A feeder that doesn't stop! With our new feeder we guarantee faster set up with increased productivity.

How does it work? Our dual pallet system allows the operator to load a second pallet prior to the first pallet emptying. The first pallet is loaded; the substrate is lifted to the feeder head. When approximately 60 - 70% of the first pallet is fed, substrate support spears are placed and the lift table can be lowered and prepared for the second pallet. the feeder head is litho style, which translates to higher speeds with improved accuracy.

GENERAL MASTERFEED

The General Masterfeed sheet-feeding system allows the operator to feed substrates through a press using various methods. The feed system has a front pickup feature for static-prone materials and lightweight stocks, rear pickup option for rigid material, and rear stream function for curly material and high-speed production. Our Sheet Feeders are easily adjusted to handle multiple sizes of stock.
