General's Multi-Color presses are built to provide years of consistent, trouble-free performance at the highest production rates. The Classic prints heavy solid areas of color, fine line work, high-resolution reverse copy, and halftones . . . at speeds up to 2,500 i.p.h.

The feedboard lifts up pneumatically to provide for easy access for all maintenance functions. The straight incline of the feedboard, allows for one set of feedboard belts from the feeder to the cylinder. This single set of belts are easily adjustable, and provides for better sheet control.

Wide belt vacuum rear delivery, with our special non-slip perforated belts, provides for positive sheet transfer from the cylinder to the dryer. Other features include; servo main drive with high tolerance low backlash gearing, shutterless UV cool cure two lamp system, Pre-registration station between units for accurate placement into the next press, drop gate access for screen cleaning, and automatic sheet feeder and stacking systems available.
