Manufactured and imported at the only Vulkollan source in Europe where raw material is most stable for production, Poly-Supreme is the industry’s most consistent blade. Poly-Supreme Three-Ply & Two-Ply Squeegee Blades - Offers Printing Stability & Variable Durometer Advantage

Three-Ply & Two-Ply Squeegee Blades represent state-of-the-art technology. The center of each blade is a hard durometer for support while the outside printing edge is a softer durometer. With proper squeegee support in the center of the blade and a softer durometer on the printing edge, you can use less pressure while printing. Less squeegee pressure means using less ink and extending screen life. It also eliminates squeegee, mesh and emulsion wear and tear. Squeegee material is pour-molded at one time to create a "one-piece" squeegee. This eliminates any possible separation between layers. Excellent for printing in both directions on presses or hand printing applications. Recommended for use in all screen printing press applications and where quality and uniform printing is a must. The 2-ply and 3-ply blades are manufactured with the highest quality Poly-Supreme TM Vulkollan formulation. Poly-Supreme UV-Blue Squeegee Blades for use with UV Ink

Top-quality Poly-Supreme squeegee is now available in the UV-Blue Vulkollan formulation. These blades resist components in UV inks and reduce swelling.

Poly-Supreme TM Center Point Sharp & Flat Squeegee Blades

Excellent for use in most manual or automatic CD printing machines. For many applications, including bottle printing and specialty machines. Cast from top quality vulkollan resins.

 

POLY-THANE

Poly-Thane is a high quality imported polyurethane squeegee blade. Economical polyurethane cast blades are designed for most textile and graphic applications. Poly-Thane TM resists medium and medium strong solvents. They have excellent abrasion-resistance. Available in 60 to 90 durometer.

Poly-ThaneTM squeegee blades are excellent for use with textile and water based inks because these types of inks are used with milder solvents.

POLY-C

New Poly-C TM Squeegees in Colors for Easy Durometer Reference Solvent, War & Tear Resistance for Graphic and Textile Applications.

Poly-C blades are long lasting polyurethane squeegees color coded for fast and easy durometer reference. Manufactured for over 20 years in Europe, we now offer you the highest quality blade in a color code series of squeegee blades. Poly-C is used for most graphic and textile applications. The color codes indicate squeegee durometer.

Poly-C squeegees are uniform and perfectly smooth. They have excellent high wear and tear resistance. Poly-C resists most of the commonly used solvents in screen printing. A genuine polyurethane blade.

3-ply Poly-C Squeegee Blades - For Excellent Printing Stability and Easy Durometer Reference

Poly-C TM is now available as a 3-ply squeegee blade for printing stability. Manufactured with the same technical specifications as standard Poly-C blades, these squeegees sandwich a 90 durometer center for excellent printing stability.

QUALI TAN

Quali-Tan low cost squeegee blade. It’s formulated with tensile strength of about 2,000 lbs., which eliminates streaking and specs in your ink and provides superior long-lasting printing edge. Molded under high heat and pressure, Quali-Tan has excellent abrasion and solvent resistance. Recommended for all hand printing and many machine applications, Quali-Tan blades replace all black neoprene blades.

 

Black Neoprene

Black neoprene is a low cost rubber blade with approximately 1,500 lbs. tensile strength. 3/8" and 1/4" black neoprene rubber blades are highly resistant to solvents. Ideal for short runs, schools, specialty work and general small production use.

 

Complete Squeegees

Complete Squeegees are manufactured with top quality ponderosa pine contoured handles. All lumber is kiln dried, non-warp, and precision cut, comfortable shaped and smooth for easy handling. Available in 4”, 3-5/8” and 5” high handle sizes. Squeegee blade is inserted into wood handle and held in position with closely spaced (4” apart) aluminum telescopic bolts. All complete squeegees are professionally sharpened after assembly.

 

Economical Complete Squeegee

Standard, low price complete squeegee for school use, training courses and short runs. 4" (10cm) wood handle (3-5/8" high) with (9mm) thick neoprene blade, assembled and stapled. Properly sharpened after assembly.
