PARALLEL AUTOMATIC

The TMI Jaguar Parallel Automatic screen press is designed specifically for volume production of large format graphics printing and industrial decorating. Applications include election signs, plastic banners and sheets, architectural decorated glass and metal. Parallel lifting of the masterframe offers a number of distinct advantages over conventional clamshell screen presses when working on large prints. These include eliminating ink pooling at the back of the press, easier movement of large stock, individual corner lift, and better access to the back of the screen and all sections of the press bed.

The automation of the squeegee and addition of a floodbar and peel control make the newest Jaguar faster, more accurate, and eliminates many quality control problems and challenges when hand printing large areas. The Automatic is offered in 3 standard sizes, plus custom. The press head can be easily adjusted to print thin banner for vinyl stock, or materials up to 2" in thickness.

TMI engineers will work with clients to custom build and modify your press to meet specific production requirements. This can include oversize print sizes, or press bed modifications for architectural glass or other heavy sheet materials by including blowback and roller systems for easy stock movement on and off press.
