Saturn's newly re-engineered Tensor-18™ combines both economy and mobility. Perfect for commercial shops, educational and institutional use. The Tensor-18 is newly re-engineered with features including clean power coated shelves, thicker gauge steel wire shelves, newly sized mesh to better hold small parts, backstop wires to catch items that may fall behind the unit, a retaining strip to hold shelves in place and larger bumpers for additional shelf support. The Saturn Tensor-18™s versatile rack features deep trays - 18 inches by 24 inches (46 cm or 61 cm), and solid steel construction with two rubber tray bumpers, allowing for sufficient space for airlfow between the shelves. These rubber bumpers not only hold more weight and larger sheets but also maintain stable and proper shelf spacing. The Saturn Tensor-18™ also has a positive locking mechanism: Original TrayLock, which holds the rack firmly in place after it is lifted up to adjust or move substrates. The Tensor-18's four casters swivel with ease and its mobility makes it invaluable in organizing production under the most restrictive shop or classroom configurations.

The new and improved Saturn Rollin' Screen Racker™ immediately creates more space and enhanced storage capabilities with the ease of mobility and customizable widths using its exclusive "Clamp and Bar" width adjuster. This exclusive design accommodates many screen frame sizes, freeing up your shop floor. We have redesigned and consolidated the Rollin' Screen Racker™ in two sizes; from 15" to 46" wide featuring four new locking casters. The smaller of the two units is 31" deep and has 20 shelves and the larger is 40" deep for larger frames and has 25 shelves. Shelves on both units hold up to 2 1/2" thick parts and come with all of the necessary hardware to assemble the unit. The Screen Racker's™ deep shelves enable screen shelf labeling by job and color for better organization. The shelves support any screen length by connecting the Rackers together, front-to-back. The Screen Racker's™ durable PVC angles (shelves) are capable of supporting heavy loads and because of their material makeup; all chances for scratching have been eliminated. This must-have organizational tool not only provides a safe and sturdy resting place to dry or store your screens - or rigid substrates - but also enables users to easily move multiple screens at once to your press for set up or your storage area, where they will now be easily found for re-use.
